Invoices are emailed to parents one month prior to the invoice due date. Please ensure your email address and contact information is updated at the business office
Payments are due, the 1st of AUGUST, NOVEMBER and MARCH
School fees are due to the Business Office or online transfers. Absolutely NO CASH for school fees will be accepted under any circumstances.
There are NO CARD services at this time.
There is a late fee of $25.00 for all late payments
Report Cards, Transcripts and/or any other requested documents will be withheld for any account that has outstanding balances.
Personal checks will be accepted, however, a returned check will result in all of the following:
$50.00 service charge for the first check, and $75.00 for the second check.
All further payments, thereafter, required in the form of certified or manager’s check for as long as the child remains at Kingsway.
Development Fee
Development fee is due for all new entrants to Kingsway Academy. It is a one time fee that is due in the first term for new students.

Discounts
School Fees
Where there are three or more students registered from the same parent household, every child will receive a $100.00 reduction, each term, in tuition fees cost.
This benefit will cease if the number decreases for any reason, i.e. graduation of any one of the three students or transfer of any one.
Development Fees
Where there are three or more students registered together at the same time for the first time and they are all from the same home/family, Development fees will be reduced by 50% for each student. If one or two students are already registered and the Development fees are already paid, only the third or fourth child entering for the first time will receive a 50% reduction, whichever applies.
Banking information
All Online Payments can be made via RBC Online Banking to checking A/C# 2881779, Branch No.05745. Online Transfers from other banks such as FCIB, SCOTIA or COMMONWEALTH, etc. can also be processed however, please note that payments from other banks require 48-72 hours to process to RBC Account.
We are aware that not all banks offer the narratives on the online transfers; therefore, we should be pleased if you forward evidence or screenshot of payment transaction directly to the business office or the following email:
To apply for a Financial Agreement, please reply to the email from which the invoice is received or email a request to office@kingswayacademy.edu.bs.
Financial Agreement will be prepared once the initial payment is received. Signed agreements must be returned via email.
Financial Agreements are not available to K3 thru K5 grade levels.
Financial Agreements are not available to new accounts in school year.
Financial Agreements are not automatically renewed. All previous Agreements must be completed prior to requesting a renewal, and must be applied for via email before the invoice due date.
There is an administrative fee for Financial Agreements.
Additional Fees
Uniforms for K3 can be purchased at the Business Office. The cost is $24.00 per set.
